We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required (unless otherwise stated during promotional periods). Free shipping applies to standard delivery services only. Expedited or express shipping options, if available, may require additional charges.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

3. Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. ELITE PARCEL is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at bilalahmadab86@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

7. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
